Το σχολείο μας είναι τοποθετημένο στο κέντρο της πόλης μας της Ξάνθης.

Έχει περισσότερους από διακόσιους μαθητές και δώδεκα τάξεις. Ο συνολικός αριθμός των δασκάλων που εργάζονται στο σχολείο μας είναι εικοσιτέσσερις. Υπάρχει υποστήριξη για τους μαθητές που έχουν μαθησιακές δυσκολίες και πρόσθετες εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες.

Στο σχολείο μας έχουμε εμπειρία στις πρόσθετες δραστηριότητες προγράμματος σπουδών - τα προγράμματα όπως η περιβαλλοντική εκπαίδευση, η αγωγή υγείας, η κυκλοφοριακή αγωγή, κ.α.

Description

Our school in located in the center of our town - Xanthi. It has more than two hundred pupils and twelve classes. The total number of teachers that work in our school is twenty four.

There are two more supportive classes. The first one supports students with learning difficulties which mainly come from minority groups and the second one supports students with special educational needs. It is a major priority in our school to include the students who come from disadvantaged groups. In our school we have a lot of experience on extra curriculum activities – projects such as Environmental Education, Health Education etc.. but all these projects have been done in a local level. A comenius project – school partnership will bring together all our experience with the experience of the rest of the partners and in addition it will give us the opportunity to learn more about other educational systems around Europe.
